Toxic Release Inventory
The first task of submitting a Toxic Release Inventory Report to the EPA is to understand the quantities of certain toxic chemicals that are released to the environment and/or managed through recycling, energy recovery and treatment. A “release” of a chemical means that it is emitted to the air, discharged to water, or placed in some type of land disposal. SEC has experience drafting TRI reports and can help you meet your environmental compliance goals.
Tier II Reporting
Tier II reporting is a summary of the hazardous materials at your site and is required to provide emergency planning agencies and your community, in general, information on the hazardous materials at your site. SEC staff have extensive experience helping clients manage the documentation and submission of Tier II documents to the appropriate agencies.
Complete Environmental Audits
SEC staff have conducted numerous audits related to OSHA, environmental compliance, Hazardous Waste Management, Oil Pollution Prevention, Storm Water Pollution Prevention, and industry specific interests such as Operation Clean Sweep®. Whether you need a comprehensive facility-wide audit that encompasses all regulatory requirements or you want to target a single program, our staff can help craft an audit program that is specific to your needs.
